A comprehensive range of accessories is included contained in their own storage box. The inclusion of a flexible shaft makes this set excellent value - although I don't expect to use it often, just occassionally it will help to get into those hard to reach areas. The whole kit is contained within the usual blow moulded case but unusually it has been designed so that there is enough space for extra bits and pieces and plenty of room for the drill and lead so it all packs away quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this product. 12 of 12 people found the following review helpful By This review is from: Draper 40967 230-Volt 140-Watt Multitool Kit and Accessories (DIY & Tools) Great tool, but if you want to cut wood, (im trying to cut shapes out of laminate flooring) you will need to buy a cutting disc, something i am currently looking for, and found nothing helpful on drapers own site.instead of supplying 25 of the same item i would have prefered a single cutting disc. I cant think of anything i will need to polish but if i ever do i know i will have plenty of polishing items for that. Oh there are 3 drill bits also which im glad they included. 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful By Apiarist (Herts.) - See all my reviews This review is from: Draper 40967 230-Volt 140-Watt Multitool Kit and Accessories (DIY & Tools) This mini tool is great value for money, hence 4 stars. The main unit works well. I used it to clean up and polish some small bronze castings. At about a quarter of the price of the Dremel it is hard to fault. The unit comes with lots of little tools. These are nowhere as well made as Dremel but they do the job. There are 3 collets as the tools are on 3 different size shafts. Why? However, this is only a minor inconvenience and not a problem. My only reservation is with the flexible drive. I had to return this after using it a couple of times. I was unable to lock the collet to change tools. I think this is poor design. If the flexy drive is important to you, I would suggest getting the Dremel. I would recommend the unit, without the flexy drive, brilliant value. |
