The 18volts means it rarely if ever struggles including on hammer which sounds like it really does some damage! The impact driver offers superb power-driving 4 inch screws into timber without hesitation and coupled with total trigger control it is brilliant and at this price absolutely worth the money. If like me you've only been in business a few years and have gradually updated and improved the quality of your tools do yourself a favour and buy these as you will not be disappointed.The case is as tough as expected from Dewalt and the drills are fairly chunky but the grip is well designed so not had any problems in use.
