5.0 out of 5 stars Mitre saw, 21 Feb 2011
This review is from: Draper 52926 210 mm 230-Volt 1,200-Watt Compound Mitre Saw (DIY & Tools)
Great product. Works well. great design. Dust bag not too useful. Other than that it is a perfect buy. Previously bought another make which was outright dangerous as the saw went into the base. There was not a stop control to prevent the saw from travelling too far into the base.

3.0 out of 5 stars Does The job, 22 Dec 2011
This review is from: Draper 52926 210 mm 230-Volt 1,200-Watt Compound Mitre Saw (DIY & Tools)
You get what you pay for here, the biggest problem is getting it to cut straight cuts and angles properly.
Do fine if all you want to do is cut firewood.

2.0 out of 5 stars lacks precision and only cuts small sections, 8 Dec 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase( What is this?)

There are 2 main problems with this machine and the first is that the when you select the angle it doesn't click into a grove to hold the angle of cut in place. Therefore it is inclined to be inaccurate even when you fix the angle in place with the 2 thumb screws. The second problem is; If you are doing 45 degree cuts for miters, when the blade is moved into this angle it leaves very little space for sections of wood above around 2 1/2" across. I ended up buying the Draper larger model which is a better item even though it''s about 50 more.
